Firstly I called livpure. Confirmed that my area is in their free installation service?It was. There are added benefits for this product.1. 2 free maintenance services in 7th and 11th month2. 1 year warranty with free visit of technician.Cons would be:1. No proper indicator or water level. You just get to know if its full or if its not full.The technician who came was very good, polite and briefed me about every single thing which has to be taken care of. Livpure is maintaining its services alot I would say and even before the delivery of the product happened they called me just to confirm the seller from which I purchase was genuine or not. Never saw such response from any company.TDS is in 70-80 and filter would come at additional cost as in all RO's it is. However, it's not a compulsion because this RO is in itself efficient and you could know about it in your first free service at 7th month.

after completion of 1 year of warranty i have been spend 900+350+350+300 = 1900 but machine haven't even work completely even month hence i stopped using the machine as this is waste of product, subsequently i got call stating your machine is offer for 3 year of AMC+APMC which include also part of machine,after discussing with head i came into agreement and paid 4200(after discount)so service engineer visited and gave me the service and then as usual machine stopped working in a 4 days ,2nd time engineer visited after 10 days then said you would required to change the parts so we will change in 10 days.after 15 days i registered the complain and then i got the call from Mr. praveen()stating it was mistaken from our end your machine is eligible for 1 year AMC only hence we are converting your service to 1 year instead of 3 year as your machine is RO+UF+UV and we thought it is only UV+UF not RO.however i am not ready pay 4200 for year as product is not useful hence i demand for refund but they are not responding.
